Return and Refund Policy

Here at A&K Sales we have a fair returns policy that we would ask all of our customers to be aware of prior to purchasing.

Returns to A&K Sales must comply with the following 

• Customers must make contact within 21 days of the product being delivered. 
• Items should be returned unused wherever possible
• Contact should be made through the websites contact us section quoting the customer reference number, or alternative direct via email to sales@aandksales.com
• Please note that due to the personalised nature of some of our items, where a product has been personalised a return can only be processed if the item is damaged, or has been made incorrectly. No refunds will be given on personalised items if a customer decides they do not like the product.

Please note that we sell a large amount of personalised items. due to the personalised nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on these unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect.
